You can appear in GATE exam for masters. Because all IITS and reputed colleges take admission through gate exam in masters courses. You can self study for this exam if you do properly cover your subject and gate material available in the market.

International students will not be accepted for part time courses. You have to take up full time course to get the student visa to enter into Singapore. You may not have aerospace or aeronautical courses in Singapore. you can try in Ireland where you will get up to 50% schorlaship in Limerick University

You can apppear in JEE ( mains+ advance ) exam to take admission in IIT.Because all seats are filled through JEE in IITS.

Firstly its depend upon your interest because if you choose according to your interest then you will better perform. Each branches have good scope if you have good skill related to that branch. But i will prefer CSE if you are interested because there are more job opportunity now in india.
