Hello Armaan,
VIT is really a good college for computer science engineering. VIT has a very good placement record and can boast of upto 90% placement. While the jobs may seem futile and worthless, they matter to those who belong to the lower rung of society and aren't as fortunate as others. I've seen people with low pointers get placed in reputed companies such as Deloitte, Bank of America, IBM among others. And for someone who really knows their craft, sky is the limit with VIT's backing.

CSE/IT has the maximum scope but still opt for the engineering branch that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyse the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission. You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of aptitude, personality and career interest to clear the confusion.

You can go for BBA, B.Com (H), BCA and LLB. You can also go in the media field and pursue BJMC.
If you find interest in hotel management, you can also pursue that. You have a pretty good score in class 12th. So,you can also do Bachelor in a subject you like. If you want to go in teaching line, you can do B.El.Ed. It all depends on your interest.

B. Sc MLT has excellent scope. Yes, you can do after class 12th. Just score well in class 12th. Also, if you don't get admission in BSc MLT, go for M.Sc Biochemistry or Microbiology.

What you are seeking may be possible theoretically but practically, it's next to impossible. Firstly, equivalence of courses between two universities. Then, penchant of private Institutions to extract fees if all four years before giving TC.
You should first ask admin staff of present college.
