You are very much eligible to pursue Diploma in CSE after 10th board, through JEE for Diploma in engineering. That can also be done after +2. I think, it is better to do +2 in science stream first. Then, you have more options to go with computer course. You can pursue Diploma in engineering in CSE or B.Sc in computer science or you can do BCA or B.Tech in CSE.

It's no problem at all. First, decide what correct spelling you desire. If it's same as in matriculation certificate, then nothing to worry. Just seek correction of name based on matriculation certificate.

Firstly, you don't need to qualify JEE mains to get an admission in SASTRA. An aggregate of both your board and JEE exams are taken into account and a rank list is generated. You'll be called for the counselling after this.
