in the UK, there are ample universities, who would be able to provide you with Top Up MBA programs. Top Up programs are for students who have already completed their PG Diploma programs(validated / accredited) and they need to only complete the remaining credits out of the full 180 credits required for an MBA degree. We believe that you have completed your PGDM from Cardiff University itself. In that case, you can complete the remaining credits and get the degree from there itself. Or you can check with Cardiff Metropolitan University as they have a Top Up MBA program in the university.

Hi Sadhuram,
Well your salary package depends less on the institute name and more on your academic records and your knowledge and performance. It would not be possible to suggest you about a salary package, instead I would suggest you to concentrate on your course and work hard to get better results.
As for choosing between the two institutes, you can opt for the one based on some important parameters set by yourself like Courses Availability, Accreditation and Affiliation, Course Structure & Curriculum etc.
All the best!
