In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities, you need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation.
As per your query I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam in your university, and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.

Computer Science covers the core concepts and technologies involved with how to make a computer do something; whereas Computer Engineering teaches you how to design systems that include both computer hardware and software.

Well if by procedure you mean to ask about the path that leads to B.TECH in Computer Science and B.ED from class XI onward, then following is the information:-

1. Pick Science stream
