If you mean BBM in International business (IB), then is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
BBM graduate in International Business can seek employment in public and private sector organizations.
There are wide varieties of job opportunities for them in banks, financial institutions, securities firms, investment companies, export/import companies and international business consultancy.
Most of BBM (International Business) raduates are absorbed by international marketing departments of companies engaged in exports like multinational manufacturers such as automobile companies, electronics and computer companies and consumer durables manufacturers.
As most of the international trade is done through port and aviation, these professionals can work in airlines, cargo and global shipping companies.
Please remember the remuneration of BBM students is dependent upon the type of organizations that takes them in. Freshers will earn around Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 12,000 each month.
With increase in experience individuals can make as much as Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 18,000 every month. This will go up as you gain more experience.
I would suggest that once you complete your graduation you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.
