*General Eligibility Criteria:-
Aspirants who have done their BCA, BBA or B.Tech can apply for the MCA course. Students who have finished their graduation in science can also apply. These students must have studied Mathematics as a subject in class 10+2. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
*Academic Eligibility Criteria:-
Students who would like to join the MCA course must have a pass in graduation with more than 60 percent marks.
*You need to write an entrance exam as to get admission into the MCA course. Following is the list of a few popular MCA entrance exams in India:-

Eligibility for B.E. Mech
Candidate should have passed HSC (Academic and other Equivalent Examinations) with minimum average marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together or HSC Vocational with minimum average marks in any one of related subjects (Maths or Physics or Chemistry), Vocational Theory and Practicals put together.
Following is the minimum percentage required by the candidates of HSC (academic and other equivalent examinations) and HSC Vocational:
General Category 50%
Backward Class including Backward Class Muslim 45%
MBC and DNC 40%
SC/SCA/ST 35%

MCA (Commerce) curriculum is aimed at responding to application of Computer and allied technologies to business. The computer applications have successfully branched out in vast emerging commercial sectors like banking and Finance, Manufacturing Services, Trade, public governance etc.
Based on this reality the proposed MCA (Com) model consists of core courses and allied courses, which provide a depth and breadth, that enable students to translate their acquired knowledge into working knowledge.
The career opportunities are similar as offered by MCA General.
Salaries after MCA-
Government Organizations: The salary varies from to company to company, but on an average MCA graduates are paid from Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 65,000 depending up on the talent, skill and performance of the graduates in test and interviews conducted by the government authorities.
Private Sector: The range of salary offered by private firms varies according to the functioning and other policies of the company. In India companies like TCS, Wipro and Infosys focus on talented MCA graduates. MCA graduates are paid up to 3.5 lakhs per annum in the private sector.
The remuneration abroad is very high for MCA graduates and some company’s even pay up to Rs. 60 to Rs. 90 lakhs per annum.
