Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is a course run by Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation, DGCA.
Govt. of India is not entitled to give Degree or Diploma as its issuing the license to the trainees under the Aircraft Act 1934 of Indian Parliament.
If you are aspiring to work as an Engineer in Aviation, then you will have to have the licence issued by the DGCA
