No, there is no management seat in LBSIM and BIMTECH.
LBSIM Admission Procedure 2019 is based on CAT 2018/GMAT exam score cut-offs for shortlisting the candidates for GD-PI round which will be held in February-March 2019 while the final admission result will be declared in April 2019. The LBSIM admission procedure while generating the final merit list will consider CAT/GMAT score cut-offs as well as candidates profile. LBSIM application form can be completed in 7 simple steps and is available on the LBSIM official website for the next 3 days.

There is no such criteria of 50% in graduation. All you need to appear in CAT than GD PI for the selection process. The selection will be on the basis of CAT percentiles, GD PI, Grad percent.
