Besides Engineering Service Examination, aSpecial Class Railway Apprenticeship Examination(SCRA) is also held for the selection of mechanical engineers. HSC or equivalent with PCM, is the minimum qualification for SCRA exam.No special examinations are held for Group B officers. They are directly promoted from Group C staff. Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) make appointments to Group B services posts.Group C and Group D are non-gazetted subordinate posts. Group C comprise of the clerical staff, supervisors and skilled labour while unskilled and semi-skilled labour falls under the Group D class. Group C and D employees are recruited through 19 Railway Recruitment Bocards.Group B officers are directly promoted from Group C.Group C and Group D posts on Indian Railways and other Railway Administration are filled in either of the following ways according to the relevant recruitment rules or other extant orders, if any(i) by direct recruitment;(ii) by promotion;(iii) by transfer of suitable staff, if necessary, from other Government offices.

In order to get a master of business administration degree, you first have to appear for a standardized test such as the GMAT, CMAT or CAT. If you already have your eye on a specific college, then take the test that institute prefers the most.
If you score a decent mark on the test, the next step is to fill in application forms with the necessary information and send in a copy of your undergraduate and entrance test scores. After that, if the university has accepted you, you will have to appear for an interview with the college's staff. There will also be a group discussion that takes place, so that the university can observe how much you know about current affairs, your general preparation and how well you work and communicate in a team.
If they think you've got what it takes and will add value to their university, you will get the admission.

All Academicians 50% For Full Time & 30% part-time (Each year (for a maximum up to 3.5 years) scholar needs to provide the continuation proof of their job failing which, the scholarship can be terminated).
