Dear Jinal, Lovely Professional University offers BPA (music vocal), This is 4 year programme. Admission process has started for the session 2020. For taking admission in LPU, you first have to register for admission on www.lpu.in and then the university will contact you, after that you have to pay fee and for scholarship, you have to give LPU NEST exam. Yeah you can do Btech. The eligibility criteria says you should be 50%+ in aggregate in PCM to appear Engineering Entrance Examinations. Appear JEE and other institution specific exams.

I am sorry to disappoint you but you will not be able to get CSE in DTU as the cut off for CSE is around 1500-3000 All India Rank in Jee Mains and with your given details I am not sure whether you would get that rank.

GATE is the only combine entrance test for all IITs and NITs. Many other government and private universities/institutes also offers admission on the basis of GATE score

This university is best for placements and especially for this course as the last year the average pack is INR. 3.25 lacs and the highest pack is INR. 15 lacs.

Mat is eligibility for management programs.Based on what location,and investment, and quality.You can go for courses like mba, pgdm.But I think this is a correct question at a wrong time.
Go for your own list of collages that you wish based on your locations popularity.
I am an south indian if had 95percent in mat then it will be very easy for me to get into an well renowned institutions in south india.For good list of institutions that accepts mat you can go check out in MHRD's NIRF management rankings of B-schools.
