Yeah you can do Btech. The eligibility criteria says you should be 50%+ in aggregate in PCM to appear Engineering Entrance Examinations. Appear JEE and other institution specific exams.

Mat is eligibility for management programs.Based on what location,and investment, and quality.You can go for courses like mba, pgdm.But I think this is a correct question at a wrong time.
Go for your own list of collages that you wish based on your locations popularity.
I am an south indian if had 95percent in mat then it will be very easy for me to get into an well renowned institutions in south india.For good list of institutions that accepts mat you can go check out in MHRD's NIRF management rankings of B-schools.
