Hi, Yours is distance learning or regular? If yours is a regular programme, then you are definitely eligible for Ph.D. as Welingkar regular PGDM is accredited by AIU to the Master's degree programme. If it is a distance mode then there is a question as I am myself pursuing distance programme and have the same question that I am eligible for UGC NET or not.

Well, it depends on the cut-off which will be released later next month. Just fill the form and wait for the cut-off list to be released by the university. Also, the college depends on your category. Good luck.
