I have completed my post graduation from LPU and let me share some of my insights about that which will justify that yes LPU is the best among the other institute.

That is a low score in JEE Mains so it is not possible to get in any top colleges however since you have scored 60% in class 12th, you can apply to other good colleges like VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology), BITS Pilani, UPE university by giving their entrance exam or any other private colleges in your preferred state.
