Dear Azan,
The choice of both the courses will be made before joining 11th standard. If you wish to pursue a career in the medical stream then you can join PCB and the go for B.Pharma. And further, if you wish to pursue a career in the engineering field, then you may pursue PCM and go with B.Tech in IT.

You need to analyse whether you can drop one year or not. If you can manage that, try next year with better planning and dedication. And if you can't, there are obviously some good private colleges that you can look up.
Good luck.

Hi Naman,
You can look for a B.Sc degree in a subject of your choice based on your class 12th stream and subjects. If you are not too good in maths and science subjects you can think of B.Com, BBA, B.Com-LLB, etc. Just stick to what you like, every student has their unique aptitude and skills which you have to figure out yourself.

I don't think so. Bharath University is not so good I think. Many reviews from those who studied there complain a lot about its placement and infrastructure. So you can choose a better one. Choose a college like Hindustan University.
All the best.
