The choice of both the courses will be made before joining 11th standard. If you wish to pursue a career in the medical stream then you can join PCB and the go for B.Pharma. And further, if you wish to pursue a career in the engineering field, then you may pursue PCM and go with B.Tech in IT.

You can look for a B.Sc degree in a subject of your choice based on your class 12th stream and subjects. If you are not too good in maths and science subjects you can think of B.Com, BBA, B.Com-LLB, etc. Just stick to what you like, every student has their unique aptitude and skills which you have to figure out yourself.
