Scope of Biotechnology for B.Tech students:
Any student who is contemplating on pursuing a career in Biotechnology must be aware that this field is still developing in India. Therefore, the number of job openings and pay packages are both very low when compared with IT and CS fields. However, most Indian students tend to go abroad to pursue their Masters or doctorate studies in Biotechnology and allied fields. Some students also shift to MBA and enter the world of business, finance and banking as their engineering backgrou

You are getting CSE in IIIT, Hyderabad. It's the best institute (though private). Its CSE is comparable to CSE of IIT Bombay. The maximum number of GSOCs are from IIIT, Hyderabad. Its curriculum is best-structured. You can decide why Apple, such a great company, only chose to visit IIIT Hyderabad and not any other premier IITs? You will get your answer. If you are getting CSE in IIIT Hyderabad, just don't blink your eyes here and there, go for it. Hope it helps.

Well, you can get a NIT college, but any NIT, any branch depends on various factor like:- (I) Your caste :- yes, Getting a good NIT in 170 marks is highly depends on your caste whether you are SC ST OBC or General category. SC and ST students can easily get a good NIT and may be Top NIT. OBC students also can get a good/moderate NIT but it is difficult for General category students. (ii) Your state quota:- It is also a barrier to get a good NIT. You know, there are 50% reservation for home state students in any NIT so lucky student (who residing in that state in which having a good NIT college) will get more chance to admit in their ho

As per my personal opinion. if we consider several factors like location, rankings, placements, infrastructure, etc., then I think that Chandigarh University is the best engineering college. The location at which the university is located also makes it very popular because being located on the Chandigarh-Ludhiana Highway which is easily reachable as it is located in Chandigarh, there is less pollution and noise.
Secondly, CU engineering programs are globally accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). This means your degree from CU will be valued all over th

Hi,
With 31 k rank in general category you can't expect a good college. Even if you get a good college, you may not get your desired branch. I will say you to leave JEE rank and focus on study in which college you are currently study. You have already wasted 2 year for JEE. Don't waste three. You are going to read the same material in NIT/ IIIT. Life will always throw you various opportunities. So leave this, and wait for good opportunities. Be with that private college and prepare well. One thing keep in mind that good college will not give you high package job. How deep you know about your skills that is required. So master the skill
