Yes, you can. One can give JEE Mains for three consecutive years and JEE Advance for two after class 12th. You can always change your college after first year, if you get desired rank. With 116 marks it's not possible to get any NIT. You can try for other colleges.

Well, the college is really nice in terms of Quality education, placements, infrastructure, and other college stuff.
However, what can be irritating at times is the schedule of classes and the mandatory 75% attendance criteria in which no relaxation is entertained for any reason (other than genuine medical reasons).
You will do just fine here and enjoy your college life in all terms if you choose to take admission here.

The very first NIT you will be allotted just choose that only. Since the first NIT means the cutoff for that NIT is high that means the it's reputation is more that's why the cutoff is high. Other college you will get will have lower cutoff which means lower reputation or they might be new ones.

Depends. College infrastructure is good. Location is super cool. Academic is average, I guess. Placement is quite good with average package of 3.25 LPA in CSE branch. But it's a bit expensive college. Fees is high and facilities provided, definitely do not match with the fees charged.
