Hi Tanmay,
As far as my knowledge goes in Bifocal sciences one can opt for a vocational subject in lieu of a second language, and it is in Junior college that you can choose Bifocal Courses. If I am correct then in your case I think you should go for General Sciences, reason being these Bifocal Sciences are generally for Engineering students who want to increase their domain knowledge by taking Bifocal sciences.

As rightly said by yeseducation you should opt for subjects you are familiar with moreover you should also keep in mind your own interests for e.g. if you are a Science student you can go for combination like Physics and Math or chemistry and Math etc. However, few of the combinations which are not allowed by UPSC are:
