1)
To pursue B.E. / B.Tech :
- You need to complete 12th with minimum 60% (Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from recognized board to join good college. However, they are colleges which take students who have scored 45% - 50%.
- You need to appear in entrance exam.
2)
Some of the colleges offering B.Tech are :
-College of Engineering, Guindy (CEG)
-Institute of Technology - Banaras Hindu University (IT-BHU)
-Delhi Technological University
-Loyola College
-Stella Maris College
-Fergusson College

Selecting a college entirely depends on an individual's decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. You may also check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

There is no requirement of any degree to become SAP consultant. Since you have Accounts and finance background, you can make career in SAP FICO comfortably. You can take training and do a live project in FICO and become a functional consultant.

With 107 marks in JEE-Mains, you may expect All India Rank (AIR) between 55001 and 75000. With this rank, you might not get a seat in NIT. But, you may get in :
