There is a wide range of jobs on MCA and you have a plus point of getting a certificate from a IIT. first of all all IITs have campus selection which provide you good package.
Secondly the market of MCA in IIT is very high normally Indian based company gives you a packege of 3.0 LPA or more. If you get a job in MNC then you will get a minimum of 3.5/4.0 LPA and there is no upper limit.
You will get even higher once you show your talent.
