First of all, I take this opportunity to congratulate you for choosing non-medical.
You don't have to worry about your future since there are much more career options other than medical fields which will give you high salaries.
First of all you have to decide by yourself which undergraduate degree you have to take. I swear you without a UG degree, you can't reach anywhere. There are many possible UG degrees like,
1. B.Tech/B.Arch
2. B.Sc
3. BCA
4. Chartered Accountancy
5. LLB
6. Hotel Management
7. Air Hostess
1. B.Tech/ B.Arch
Now a days Both course are good because there are so competition if you are brlong to professional degree than your wattage is high then other.
2. B.Sc. courses (Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Maths, Electronics, Computer sciennce etc.)
If you decided to take any of these B.Sc. courses, then you can take your respective PG and go for higher options like rearch. Also you can go for UPSC exams like NET and start your career as college lecturer. Mind you, now a days UPSC salary is very high.
3. B.Com. courses.
The basics of commerce you have to study yourself since you chosen science in class XI and XII. After taking this degree, you can go for it's respective PG and there by lectureship. You can also try CA (Chartered accountant), ICWA etc. which of them are very high yielding jobs.
4. LLB
If you are interested in lawyership, you can take this. If you take it's respective PG (LLM), you are eligible for promotions upto Supreme Court Chief justice.
5. Other courses like BBA, BCA, B.Lisc. (Library Science)
After taking your UG, you can also turns into banking fields. The posts like Probationary Officer, Clerk etc. offers you a very high salary. Also pursuing your MBA from a reputed colleges like IIMs will give you campus placements in MNCs (Multi National Companies) which is also a good source of high salary.
Also there is an option called civil service but if you are salary oriented, then leave it.
After completing 12th from Science stream (non-medical), one can choose any of the following course-
etc.
Apart from these, there are many other courses available.

Firstly you should have must mention your area of interest or from which field you belong.
In India there are so many career opportunity for Graduate or 10+2 students But Graduate has more opportunity for him.
If you are belong Comers then there are so many jobs. like Bank PO Exam, Special Requirement etc.
similarly if you are belong Science then there are also Good and wast Scope for it.
there are so many PSU company and other department.
you should also go for defense.
