First of all, I take this opportunity to congratulate you for choosing non-medical.
You don't have to worry about your future since there are much more career options other than medical fields which will give you high salaries.
First of all you have to decide by yourself which undergraduate degree you have to take. I swear you without a UG degree, you can't reach anywhere. There are many possible UG degrees like,
1. B.Tech/B.Arch
2. B.Sc
3. BCA
4. Chartered Accountancy
5. LLB
6. Hotel Management
7. Air Hostess

After 12th class you can go for International Tourism . In india there are some Reputed Colleges/Institute in Govt. and Private both.
you can go in Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM)
It is the one of the beat in India. It is a Under Ministry Of Tourism .

Firstly you should have must mention your area of interest or from which field you belong.
In India there are so many career opportunity for Graduate or 10+2 students But Graduate has more opportunity for him.
If you are belong Comers then there are so many jobs. like Bank PO Exam, Special Requirement etc.
similarly if you are belong Science then there are also Good and wast Scope for it.
there are so many PSU company and other department.
you should also go for defense.
