Hi Chereddy,
Instrumentation and control systems, Embedded Systems, Robotics, and the likes are hot cake these days but I would recommend go for courses that you find interesting. Many Canadian Universities offer these courses and the good thing is after completing your two year course you are eligible to stay there for additional 3 Years. Do share your educational background, budget, preference etc so that I can provide you with a list of Universities that suits your requirements.
