If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal Interview.
E. Work experience.
So as per your query you can't pursue MBA until you clear your backlog.

No this is not possible but today many university provide this type of program with back date admission but his type of degree have no value and you can not get good job and also create problem in higher study

Bhms is always a better option if you want to choose between above mentioned two courses.as after bhms there will be more options as compare to bsc.bhms will lead you to be a homeopathic doctor.and bsc will be providing you the status of science graduate.after bsc, msc and phd is advisable to attain maximum growth.the most important thing is you area of interest.and apart from bhms you can also explore bams,bds,mbbs etc for obtaining medical graduation.all the best and feel free to mail me for further details
