Hello Lakhan,
To get admission in Modern Education Society's College of Engineering, candidates need to qualify either Maharashtra common entrance test (MH-CET) or JEE Mains for B.tech & B.E courses.
The minimum eligibility criteria is 10+2 passing certificate from a recognised board.
So, your diploma degree with 72 percentile is additional and not need for the admission of the course you're interested in.
You would have to qualify either of the exams stated above so as to get the admission.

You can speak to the admission cell of the said institute. Many a times they do offer assistance in this matter & may even ask you to visit them. In past, I have seen cases wherein the institute does offer help as exceptions.
