Hello there,
My friend, it is true that some MBA institutes consider 10th and 12th standard scores and performance along with that of graduation, and I think the thing that matters, is your 10th and 12th score and performance and not the gap, so there will be no problem for entrance exams which you want to give, and still if any problem persists then you can simply give an affidavit stating about the gap, so there is not any serious problem or issue about this, so don't worry, be calm and happy.

With this rank if you fall under a reserved category then it will be possible that you might get a government seat in any private college but if you are from general category then with this rank, you will only get private colleges and the fee of such private colleges which will be very high so probably it would be better to maybe give the exam again.

No, most of the companies allow the candidates to get placed in their company for work without any criteria of year gaps. But some of the companies do not allow such criteria of year gaps. But, mainly a firm recognizes the work you have done during the education period and the projects you have completed and how you did in them.
