Eligibility:
Executives with a bachelor's degree ( minimum 10+2+3 years of formal education) or equivalent in any discipline and more than 5 years of post qualification managerial/professional experience may apply. A valid GMAT score (taken within last 36 months of Application date) is also required.

Yes it is possible to take admission in MBA or PGDM program without any entrance exam like Mat Xat.
I am a Admission consultant and i know various Reputed colleges in Delhi NCR who take admission directly in PGDM and MBA course. It is not necessary to do do entrance for MBA or PGDM
