Sad to know about the loss of your migration certificate and +2 leaving certificate. Migration certificate and +2 leaving certificate is a written approval from the University from where you completed your Higher Secondary to allow you to take admission in any university in India/Abroad. Hence, I'm afraid to inform you that admission to good and reputed colleges will not be possible without those documents. I would suggest you to kindly approach your school from where you completed your Higher Secondary. Schools, generally keep a soft copy of the documents of the students and they will be the best people to assist you in obtaining the duplicate copies of those documents at a nominal fee. To be a lecturer, you must be having a post graduate degree and you need to appear for NET ( National Eligibility Test). University Grants Commission conducts the National Eligibility Test. Anyone who is interested in lectureship in central government colleges would have to appear for the NET entrance exam
Apart from NET you can also appear for SET entrance exam.
The State Eligibility Test is also for lectureship but in state government colleges. You can appear in SET exam of any state and upon clearing would be given lecturer job in colleges funded by the state government.

Eligibility
Graduates in any stream, with minimum of 50% aggregate marks are eligible to apply. Good English communication skills are a must. The upper age limit of candidates is 27 years. Prior work experience is not mandatory, but preferred.

Application Instructions
The application form should be duly filled in its entirety and must be accompanied with the following supporting documents:
• Attested Photocopies of all mark sheets (starting with standard X up to graduation). Attestation of all documents may be done by Gazetted Officer, Notary Public or School/College Principal

Selection Process
ITM GLC and HyperCity will jointly administer the admission process. The students will be required to take an aptitude test at designated centers. Selected students will be invited to various stores of HyperCity where they will be exposed to a store environment followed by a standardized selection process, consisting of a personal interview and evaluation, for final selection into the program.
The selection criteria for final admission are based on multiple factors:
• Past academic performance
• Aptitude test scores
• Performance in one day training at stores of HyperCity Retail India Ltd.
• Work experience, in terms of job content & organization.(If any)
• Interview performance
A combination of all the above factors is used to determine the eligibility of candidates to be offer for final admission.
