MBA is considered as one degree for various aspects of the business. But most of these subjects will not provide students with in-depth knowledge. MBA students specializing in a particular subject like Finance, Marketing or HR will get excellent experience and know-how in that particular field. MBA is very costly when compared to M.Com. Whereas, M.Com is a much more narrowed degree that permits students to specialize in a number of majors such as Finance, Marketing, and International Business, etc. The focus is more on the Accounting and Finance aspect in M.Com. ACCA, on the other hand, is more focused on accounting and auditing and is considered lower level than CFA in terms of reputation.

Instead of government, I believe that you must try in privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 LPA (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still chances are very less. So I'd suggest you try to go with the idea that you must do better next year.
