No, there is no relaxation for non-medical students. DU releases the cut-off for everyone. For girls, there may be a difference of 2-5% from the actual cut-off.

Australian universities mostly have a Feb and March intake. Your deadlines will be around October and Jan for respective intakes. Admission windows will open around a year ahead of the intakes. You can check university websites for an idea.

Hello Akash, Yes, you can get admission in lateral mode after completion of your Diploma. You need to register yourself on the website of dte of tech education of your state for this. But I am afraid, for this academic year the registration has stopped. You will have to wait until next year. As due to oversight, you have not mentioned name of your state etc. , I have given above information which is applicable to all students.
