Selection procedure is depending on the course since you have not mentioned any specific course name here so i may not be able to help you with the exact procedure however for any Undergraduate level course you have to be a 10+2 pass-out with the relevant subjects with good grades in +2.similarly for masters program you must have a graduate degree, also some programs require GRE score especially engineering programs.if course is taught in english then TOEFL/ IELTS test is requires and if course is in german language then Test DaF or test of German as a foreign language is required. Once you fulfil all the basic requirements then you may apply online or you can download the application form and forward with all the details through post or through mail.
