Your overall score meets the university's required IELTS score. However, the university also requires you to score a minimum score of 6 in each section. I believe you are falling short of 1 score in 1 section which should not be a problem. I would recommend you to mail the admissions department of the university directly inquiring about your eligibility. If the university gives you a positive response, then you can apply, else you would have to retake the IELTS or target some other university which does not have such a requirement.

I prefer you concentrate more on your studies. This is very important for you. While doing job you might be not able to concentrate more on studies. If you do well in MCA there are companies which shall hand pick you from the college. Studies is very important.
