There are several routes through which you can become personality development trainer. To become a PD trainer you need to have strong communication skills, presentation skills, Behavioural skills & other soft skills accompanied with a Masters level degree it can be in Psychology, counselling, Communication, language or MBA.
Apart from this once you get a job in training field you can keep on updating your knowledge by attending different train the trainer programs.
