As you haven't mentioned the name of the institute you wish to join, so, it would be tough to quote a specific figure because every institute has it's own course specific fee structure which varies almost every year. You may contact the officials of your desired institute for specific fee details.

Pursuing MBA is always a good option as it further enhances the career prospects, however as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.

As per the website, " Maharashtra has also decided to prepare for 2013-14 academic session as admissions will be based on Indian Science Engineering Entrance Test instead of existing MH-CET. MH-CET would be scrapped and hence the government need to decide the admission procedure for state engineering colleges. "
But, it would be advisable to regularly visit the official website for specific and updated information regarding MH-CET exam.
