MS in CSE is a very competitive course, and all the colleges/universities you have mentioned are under SPP. SPP courses get high number of applications, so it becomes even more competitive. However, your profile is decent. You should get accepted in at least one institute from the above. Please do mention if you will take GRE in future or not. GRE scores might prove to be important in your case.

Certification courses or Diploma courses can be pursued in any field you desire and where your interests lie. Certificate courses in designing like interiors, fashion; beauty culture, hair dressing, Ayurveda; animations, hotel, hospitality and travel and tourism industry; web designing; library and bookkeeping; photography are couple of good options.

Dear Abbas, this year 6 students got admitted through CIWGC quota. But I cannot promise if this quota would be there next year too or not. Keep checking the website www.jbims.edu for latest updates. You have to apply through the DTE website based on the last exam score of whichever course you were doing, then the merit list for NRI/CIWGC would be out. Based on which you get a chance to select JBIMS and other colleges.

You can pursue B.Tech immediately after your completing your 12th and giving the common entrance test for admissions. As Mr. Sunil Soni said, BE and B.Tech is the same degree. It depends on the college you select. You can apply to the various colleges like:
