Read a lot of books, not necessarily school text books and grammar books. Read novels and a lot of good books as it is a good way to learn new words and expand your knowledge. Keep referring to the dictionary.

Listen and watch English news and channels. Watch English movies with subtitles. The best way to practice is by communicating in English at home with family and friends. If required, take a spoken English course. A number of practice sample audio and texts are available online nowadays.

Fee structure for MBBS varies greatly. For Government colleges its around 30000. But for private colleges it varies from 4lacs to 15 lacs.
