If you want to become a civil engineer then you are advised to do class 12th with PCM and appear for engineering entrance examination. If you want to become a CA, you may do class 12th with commerce as a main subject.

After class 12th, you need 6 bands overall in IELTS with not less than 5.5 in any module.
So, your 12th percentage and IELTS score seems perfect to me.
