I would like to suggest you to do Diploma in Computer Science, as you know the basics of computer Science so after completing 3 years of Diploma you can join engineering.

Yes, you can get good colleges in Karnataka to do MCA like BMS, Dayanand Sagar in Bangalore or Srinivas in Bangalore.

It would be best if you start the second course after you have completed the first one. You cannot show two degrees in your resume if done together. Doing double degree is still not accepted. If you want you can do but can show degree at a time wherever needed.

You need to complete graduation and must have an aggregate of 55% to get admission for distance MBA in Logistics and SCM.

Yes, you are eligible for the UGC NET exam. UGC NET is a national level exam to examine the ability of candidates for holding the position of lecturer or researcher. The basic requirement of the NET exam is that you should have Master's Degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks or if you are from OBC/SC/ST/PwD category, then you should have minimum 50% aggregate marks. But, make sure that the subject which you select for UGC NET exam is related to your post-graduation subject.
