You may face a problem to some extent because the companies prefer at least 60% above students in graduation. But, there are many companies which do not have any criteria as such and choose students completely on the basis of the performance of the students over the 2 years of MBA. Also it depends how you perform in their GDPI.
My advice:
Give your best to get a good college for MBA, rest will fall in place.
