There is nothing like the minimum score. JEE Mains will give you AIR and when you apply for admission in NIT they will go by merit list. Even within the same NIT, there would be wide variation in opening and closing rank for different branches.

You cannot pursue two courses simultaneously. You can go After MBA in Agribusiness Management from top B-Schools for good salaries, that would depend on how you perform and how are your academic qualifications.

Yes you can do B.Sc in animation after completing Diploma in animation. Also, if you have done Diploma in animation then it would be a more interesting learning ride where you already know the basics for advanced level animation. B.Sc degree will help you in learning the more advanced edged animation.
