For me honestly, one of the chill but super useful things at GIBS is that we don't just sit in classrooms all day. We actually go out for industry visits and see how different companies work in real life. When you walk into a company and see how they're handling operations, HR, marketing, tech, etc., it suddenly makes all those classroom concepts make sense.
Plus, we get to talk to actual professionals and ask those small career questions we'd never ask in front of the whole class. It really helped me understand what kind of roles suit me and what skills I should work on for internships and placements. It makes the whole PGDM experience
