HI,IPS that mean's Indian police Service.IPS is one of the three prominent All India Government Services. It seems that you are obsessed with qualifications only. Have you analysed what your age would be by the time you finish all these qualifications? (21 - BSc IT, 23 - MSc IT, 25 - MCA, 27 - MTech) so I guess after 27 Yrs of education, you plan to set your career. We would like to advise you that all these qualification gathering, or rather knowledge gathering would be most useful when you are working in some company and gaining what you actually need.
