I think you are better any thing ,so you are want to do make better career and also better package,then you are doing M.tech is best for your career and also MCA after is nice.Mostly student are doing MCA after M.tech is best.It is high education after MCA.I m say that you are any thing,then you are go M.tech field is best.Either wise you are doing sap course are also best after MCA.Sap course are very high demanded every course oe degree in every company.Sap course have 32 or 42 module approx. and also per module are very important in company or job.Sap cour

As you have mentioned that you are a graduate, I would suggest you to pursue higher education or take up courses as per the area of your interest.
