HI,you are not go for MBA.MCA have master degree as a like MBA,so why doing ?
I think you are better any thing ,so you are want to do make better career and also better package,then you are doing M.tech is best for your career and also MCA after is nice.Mostly student are doing MCA after M.tech is best.It is high education after MCA.I m say that you are any thing,then you are go M.tech field is best.Either wise you are doing sap course are also best after MCA.Sap course are very high demanded every course oe degree in every company.Sap course have 32 or 42 module approx. and also per module are very important in company or job.Sap course have many opportunity after doing course in any company.Sap course are provide high post job or level or package in company and also depend on your work skill or experience.Sap course have current in company for purpose job or career such that:HR(Human Resource),SD(Sale Distribution),CO(Control Operation)CRM,Supply chain,MM,QM and also fiance etc.But you have background MCA or programming related,so you are doing BASIS, ABAP, XI , NetWeaver etc.It is are available MCA student.It is best module for your career.

You can for a MCS, MCA or M.Sc IT. If you are looking for job oriented courses you can also opt for certificate courses like hardware & networking or software certifications.
The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your course is your own interests and career aspirations.

As you have mentioned that you are a graduate, I would suggest you to pursue higher education or take up courses as per the area of your interest. Opting for further education, the stream you choose will depend on your own preference and without knowing the same, it is very difficult to provide you any information but then assuming that you must be keen on pursuing a career in IT / comp. science, I can suggest you to either go for Master courses like MCA, M.Sc, MBA in IT.
In short courses, there are many institutes offering such courses depending on the field you are keen to pursue like Hardware, Networking, Security, Software, Database etc.
