Software sector is one of the most important segment of the IT industry but then making this transition happen is quite difficult as justifying your action to make this career change will be quite interjecting.
I would suggest you to think before taking this step as you are backed with a good amount of experience and you can utilize the same to secure better job opportunities. However you can opt for courses like SAP in HR module from places like Genovate/ Siemens/ Delphi etc, Hardware/ Networking from institutes like IIHT, Jetking, NIIT etc and many more courses depending on the kind of a job you are keen to pursue.
