In either cases, MCA is a 3 years course and it is not possible to pursue MCA in 2years. As you mentioned about your taking up a job, you can pursue MCA through the correspondence mode from the various Open Universities like IGNOU, Sikkim Manipal University etc.

You will need to first decide on your future career goals. If you are interested in pursuing a corporate career then MBA would be a good option. However if you intend to appear for the competitive exams, then it wouldnt be helpful as you may not be able to focus on both the preparation. You cannot be sailing on two boats at the same time isnt it!!

As you already have the experience in sports and you are interested in media, I would suggest you to go for a journalism course and you can easily become a sports journalist.
Also if you want you can do a PG in Advertising and start promoting products or events related to sports.
