LLM business law specializations would be more focused on the study of that law which deal with day to day business activities like specific trade law and business law. Whereas corporate law is more about company law, financial I. e law dealing with corporates like merger and acquisition. Corporate law is more lucrative and demanding. I will suggest you do LL. M from a good college along with preparation for Judiciary or competitive exam like bank exams. There are some competitive exams like Bank, PSU, Railways which are more suitable for a law student. If you wish to make a career in corporate law you can do LL. M ( I suggest 2 years) from top law colleges like NLU, JGLS, LPU, DU, Christ, Symbiosis, BHU, KIIT, Jamia, AMU. LL. M is more of an academic course thus can be done along with practice or legal jobs.
