What after Hardware & Networking? Just a technician. Now a days H/w cost are very less instead of repair people want to make them replaced cos having more warranty period. So do u think that it is wise decision to spend 1 complete year for Hardware and Networking Course. My suggestion is take a short term course relates with component diagnostics and troubleshooting. Simultaneously do any International Certification like RHCE+CCNA+MCSE+RHCSS which gives u International acceptance and u will equipped with the latest industry trends. for more details plz feel free to write back at naidu.vikas@gmail.com

Get yourself certified with Oracle DBA. But if u will be aware of Linux as well then ur Database knowledge will be more emphasized. Cos Database can be mount on any Server based OS like Linux which Secured OS and very much accepted by the Industry. So combination of RHCE+Oracle DBA will give u more values in industry. Try to get International Certification only don't just try to complete the training. Cos these certifications are global acceptance and multinational companies give more values to International Certifications rather than national based certificate.
