Popularity wise i would say WLC and LSC are ahead however all colleges are good and in London you will get the best international exposure however you just need to check from which university you are getting your degree then only decide .

If you are keen to make a career in the field of Animation and Multimedia, there are various courses available and one can opt for a course as per your interest. However, having a basic knowledge is always a beneficial as this will be able to strengthen your roots in the same also there isn't as such any educational qualification required for the courses but would vary from one course to another.

MPSC exam is conducted on the lines of UPSC exams. It has prelims and then finals followed by interview. The prelims have multiple choice questions. The prelims are generally conducted in month of May or June. It has several exam centres in M.P. You can start looking in the weekly Employment News Paper (Rojgar samachar) from Feb 2011 onwards to know the exact date for applying for 2011 exam.
