Hi Parth,
1. There is no specific difference in package for work ex people. Few companies have policies and prefer people having work ex but there is no general distinction.
2. Placement scenario is good in SIBM. Its is almost 100% keeping in view batch strength is low as compared to many other colleges and people who opt out for placements.
