Finance Manager is a designation which can be acquired after some amount of work experience in the finance field. Firstly you need to learn finance through formal courses like CA, MBA Finance, CFA. After 12th, it would be ideal for you to do a commerce degree course and then do a finance specialisation course in your post graduation. Rgds, Dr. Anand - www.discoveringcareers.com
