Dear after completing diploma in technical field in distance mode none of the universities are going to provide you lateral entry in regular mode According to UGC guidelines but it depends upon university criteria also so it will also depend on that thing where you are going to apply.but chances are low

Hi. It is definitely possible for you to get a scholarship at Christ but it's based on the following criteria:
1. Pre-entry marks
2. Marks in mid-semester test and
3. Attendance in regular classes.
Merit scholarships for the consecutive years will be decided based on your performance in one end-semester and two mid-semester examinations of each year.

You might get into a tier -2 universities, if you had arrears (Backlogs) but have cleared them. However, if you have not cleared and still have arrears, its not possible to get admission.
