I want to suggest that If you want to learn new and updated subjects related to corporate demanded go for pgdm. In our college both courses are good but MBA having subjects according to ugc guide lines and MBA -IB having specialization in international business.and pgdm having some other certifications so that you have to decide according to your capicity and requirement.
